Jesse Willits
Co-Founder and Project Manager
Jesse Willits is a second-generation contractor. Moving from Ithaca, New York to Nashville at the age of twelve, Jesse spent summers working alongside his father building houses and learning every aspect of residential construction.
On the heels of the May 2010 floods, Jesse began volunteering at a disaster relief organization and after one year accepted the role as Construction Manager—overseeing the renovation of nearly one hundred homes. By 2012, Jesse branched out to begin his own renovation and remodeling company and three years later joined Scott and Jason on the ground-floor of Oxford Shepard Collective.
Jesse is a hands-on and methodical Project Manager who truly enjoys working with OSC clients and tradesmen toward a unified goal.
Jesse is married and has three young children.
